African Barrick Gold (ABG) seeks to appoint two dedicated, self motivated and highly organized Graduate Trainee - Human Resourcing to join the Human Resources Department team for its Bulyanhulu Gold Mine. The successful candidates will be accountable to support the Company's business objectives by attracting human resources with the right qualifications, skill sets and behavioural attributes (Recruitment, Selection & Appointment). Below are the details for the openings.

Reporting Line: Human Resourcing Manager
Location: Bulyanhulu Gold Mine; Kahama District; Shinyanga Region
Work Schedule: 6 weeks on; 3 weeks off

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
The successful candidates will be trained in the end-to-end recruitment process, covering all areas as noted below:
Authorization to fill or create a position
Creating and placing Job Adverts (internally and externally) Short Listing (Screening) Applications
Conducting Targeted Selection Competency Based Interviews Conducting Background Checks
Job Offer Process
On-boarding Process
Maintaining up-to-date Recruitment Process Filing and Record Keeping Compiling Recruitment Reports - weekly and monthly recruitment trackers

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:-
Qualifications:
Advanced Diploma I University Degree in Human Resources
Competency Based Targeted Selection Interview Training Certification or any other recruitment related certification will be advantageous
Experience:
Previous recruitment experience or practical training will be advantageous.
Applicants must be fluent in English, and possess good written and verbal skills. Computer Literacy is essential - MS Office Suite etc.
Previous experience on Taleo or a similar Applicant Tracking System would be desirable.
