BACKGROUND .
Konoike Construction Company, Ltd is a well established international company based in Japan, with about 8 branches in Asia and Africa including Tanzania.
The company is a General Contractor specialized in both Building and Civil works. In Tanzania, the Company is registered Class One in both Civil and Building works.
Recently, the company has been awarded the PROJECT FOR RURAL WATER SUPPLY IN TABORA REGION and is looking for qualified Tanzanian candidates to fill below post:

Report to: Project Manager
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate is expected to:-
(a) To be the head of Account section in the Project Office
(b) Preparation and process payroll for Project Staffs and related returns. (c) Proper maintenance of Project accounts receivable and payable.
(d) Check accuracy project cashbooks before posting to sun system.
(e) Preparation of projected cash flow.
(f) Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
(g) Ensure Project accounting procedures are in line with acceptable accounting standards. (h) Attending to and provision of relevant Information to external Auditors and TRA
(i) Ensure that the Project records complies to the required national tax policy.

Qualification, Experience and Preferred Skills:
(a) Possession of Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in Accountancy (b) Must be registered with NBAA.
(c) A holder of CPA has an added advantage.
(d) Computer literacy and Sound knowledge of Excel and Ms Words. (e) At least 10years experience in relevant field.
(f) Knowledge of Sun system Accounting Software will be an added advantage.

Terms of Employment:
Two(2) Years.
Duty Station: Tabora Town.
