Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, the Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant will work with the Project Monitoring and Evaluation Unit in data collection and reporting, and will provide M&E support to the Manyara field staff.
Key Responsibilities

-Work with all technical staff and partners in the process of collecting and reporting on -monitoring data, explain the roles of each staff member/partner
- Train staff on the indicator definitions and the data collection process and systems
-Using the system developed, supervise collection of data periodically
-Assist in analyzing data
-Assist in regular and special reporting
-Travel periodically with the field staff to check the quality of the data by seeing the collection process at work
-Support the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit and Communications Specialist in collecting "success stories," outlining specific areas of success under the project
-Assist the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit in other related tasks as necessary
